Airconditioning mechanic

After i do the huet course what other courses would be an advantage and should i keep trying to get on as a a/c mech or do you try and get a start as a roustabout first and start climbing the ladder from there. Any tips are greatly appreciated thank you for your time.

NO such position as an AC mechanic on any rig or ship except perhaps cruise liners

Suggest try for roustabout job
