assistant offshore crane operator

I have experience worked abroad almost 10 yrs as a well cementing operator, but I always worked with crane truck mounted hydraulic crane,can I worked in offshore drilling rig as assistant crane operator? if yes ,,,what is the reqiurement? trully yours, Crescente meroy
