bakery and pastry chef

i am a bakery and pastry chef working in the high end hotel industry for the past 20 + years. I am looking to get into the off shore catering jobs. can you please help me on this?

I am 43 yet I am a smart and hard worker. physically very fit and have great team player qualities. have food safety knowledge and a certified internal auditor for ISO 22000 food safety audits.
