I don't call my self a chef, but a master of the world of TEXAS BBQ. I have 25 years oil field experience of hands on oil field work (Halliburton) and many years of providing these services to land based remote locations, so I know what oil field workers want on their plates and it is not green stuff or food you cannot pronounce.
