Catering Position Desired

I grew up in the restaurant business. My Father having owned a Howard Johnson's Restaurant in the USA for over 25 year, afforded me the experience of both front and back ofthe house as manager, chef, short order cook, and bartender. I owned numerous restaurants of my own as well. One of them was rated one of the top 100 restaurants in Florida for over 25 years. I owned it for the last 3 years of that span. I also worked as a restaurant manager for Mariner Corporation in Miami. My duties were management,hiring, training, and discipline of one restaurant and 3 bars as well as MOD nightly for the Coconut Grove Hotel. I then accepted a job as restaurant manager for ARA Services, (ARAMARK), at the Miami International Airport in the 4 star operation they had under contract. I remained in that position for 4 years until ARA lost it's contract and could only place me in undesirable locations. I then accepted the job of Fine Dining Director for the Airport Radisson Hotel in Miami. I remained in that position for 3 years, after which, I returned to the private sector owning and managing the Depot Restaurant in S.Miami, an icon in the Miami restaurant history. That was destroyed by Hurricane Andrew. I then became a property manager and developer. I retired from that 2 years ago. I would now like to work in offshore catering or something similar. I am based in Phuket, Thailand amnd will travel to Australia, Europe, Asia, or the Middle East for satisfactory employment in the restaurant industry.
