Catering position or Chef/Manager position wanted

As a fully qualified experienced single chef/ Manager I am writing as I believe I am a strong candidate for a position at your Company.
I have over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry and I have worked in various hotels, restaurants, function centres and sporting stadiums cooking for large numbers of clients producing quality food.
I have a health & hygiene certificate & i am HCCAP trained, i hold a first aid certificate & a communication skills certificate
I am confident that I would be a beneficial addition to your team & my maturity,vast experience, and eagerness to enter the off shore oil and gas industry will make me an excellent candidate
