catering/Camp boss

I have been working at a time, as "camp-boss", for Scottish client for Sodexo Gabon, during 3 years, on a barge, and I wonder how to get the same job today. I am totaly free and single (3 bigs sons).

I live in France, but I'm ready to move any where it Could be requested for the job.
