I'm José Carlos Pereira Bezerra, worked as a food, acting as Chef de Cuisine at about 20 years. Deep knowledge in all areas of food, international cuisine, with passages from great restaurants, hotels, and Buffet's Catering's.
Responsible for increasing production in a company that was producing 1,000 meals daily in a short time of my administration we produce 10,000 (ten thousand) meals daily.
Implanted a policy where professionals work under my guidance, can have a peaceful relationship with the leadership, thus generating greater productivity.
