chef manager

am still working in offshore gas & oil production platform ,as a positon of chef manager. but i don't see any progress to my monthly income ,prices are all getting expensive to live ,my question is if i could join in your team as the same position ..how much do i earn ?i have a lot of experiences in 5 star hotels /restaurants,as a banqueting chef, well known to a hygiene standard of HAACP .graduated as culinary of arts in Manila, and residing here now in europe ,amsterdam.NL.probably europian nationality.

speak english ,ducth & a little spanish to be exact.
