Chef

I am enquiring about working off shore. I have been very interested over the past year and i am now looking to see if I can find a job. I am a chef from the UK i am currently working in queensland, im on my 2nd year working holiday visa which ends in november so i am looking to see if anyone can sponsor me. I have had 4 years experience and i have qualifications as well.

I would like to know: how to put myself forward for a job off shore?
How i would be able to get a sponsorship? if possible.
And roughley what salary would I expect to get?
