Chef/Chef Manager - Off Shore

Hi, I have a lot of experience working offshore in the U.K. however I am planning to move to Western Australia and can't find a list of prospective employers anywhere. The only one I can find is Sodexho and they are only dealing with the mines currently. Any help is very much appreciated thanks.
