I am looking into becoming a chef on an offshore oilrig. My self, i am 19 from Essex in the UK, I applied to work on an offshore oilrig a few years ago but was unsuccesful at the end of the interview and testing process, since then i have been working as chef for about 2 years, used to work in a busy carvery as a team leader, working at very high volumes and as part of a succesful team. I am very enthusiastic about what i do and want to achieve alot. Any information you could give me would be very appreciated.
