chef/night baker position wanted

For the last 25 years (since leacing school) I have worked as a chef at sea for the MOD.I have progressed from breakfast chef to baker to chef manager.I have all the safety certifcates needed for an offshore position,although I have no offshore experience.I assume by what other people tell me that its just like being at sea ,and Im confident that my vast experience and wealth of knowledge would be advantagious to any galley on any rig.I have all the cookery certificates as well as medical certificates and an in date passport.
Im good at what I do and Im confident that I could fit in with any galley team and be an asset to any employer.
