Chief Steward /Chef

Hi i have worked for Maersk Lines for almost 9 years as a chief steward and chef and have work in Alaska for 10 months in the Berring sea.and have work in world class Hotels and Restaurants as a Sous chef to Head Chef around the world for the last 20yrs Hotels I have work in the western Australia correctiveservices as a Chef Instructor. have good computer skills. What else would i require to get into the Oil Rigs.I have a life boat Cert which is expired but am willing to upgrade.Will appreciate any advice given.
