I have attended PEC/PREMIER Safety Management,Inc.(OPPS 8 day training course ,PEC Basic/Safegulf/Safeland Certification,TWIC Card and passed all medical requirements.In my culinary career, I have worked in many fine dining ,high volume establishments 15 + yrs.I am skilled and knowledgable in many types of cooking techniques and have experience in all areas of the kitchen.I gain the most when myself and co-workers preform at the top of our abilities ,delivering a great product on time and within our budget.Speaking for myself there's nothing better than a clean plate and happy customers.
