deckhand

i am currently working as a plasterer and have been for 11 years now, but for the past few years ive been thinking of changing job. ive always wanted to be in a job that demands alot of me and a job that gives me satisfaction at the end of the day, you could say i like to feel ive earnt my pay check. the only thing is i really want to work on the north sea oil rigs but i dont have any experience what so ever, so i was just wondering how would i go about getting a job and what kind of job would be right for me?
