driller in oil rigs

I am vishnu i have complete my plus two, three years back now am doing a diploma cource in hospitality management,but am very much interested in drilling jobs in oil rigs,what is the eligibilty needed to apply for a driller post in oil rig? & what is the starting salary for a fresher as a driller oil rigs? ANSWER You start at the bottom and work up from roustabout, stick to hospitality or get a job in rig catering
