Entry Level jobs

I am trying to find any reliable sources of training for entry level offshore oil rig jobs. I am under the assumption that there some short certificate programs (3-8wks) available, so that one would have a very strong of getting a decent job on an oul rig. I am open to starting from the bottom up, ie roughneck. Thanks for any help
