Experianced welder

Why is it that even with welding certifications and many years of field experiance with osha an msha safety training I still cant seem to find the right site to help open the door of communication. All I seem to get are sites that promise offshore oil rig contacts and leads for a fee. Some in the hundreds and one recently only 27.00. Which if there was a garantee, might not be bad. No site offers that. Thank you for your insight an answers.
