Freshly graduated Electronics and Telecommunication engineer

Hi, I am 23 years old and recently completed my 4 years bachelor of engineering degree in the field of Electronics and Telecommunication from the university of Mumbai, India. Can I apply for a job in an oil rig that is commensurate to my qualification? how do I go about it and do I need to take some courses or get certifications?
