My name is Joseph and I'm a 29 yo head chef looking for offshore employment. I have 13 years experience in all aspects of cooking and kitchen management. I posess the rare combination of creative talent and a head for cost control and soloutions whilst maintaining the highest quality, nutritionally sound food.I would, without a doubt, be an asset to any team. Preparing meals for tired, hungry workers would be more than satisfying for me as I know how much a good meal can boost morale and give people something extra to look forward to.
