how can i get an opening in oil &gas field

i am completed my mechanical engg. degree&also completed an advanced course in OIL WELL DRILLING TECHNOLAG &MANAGMENT.I have 1.3 years of experiace in other than oil field. How can i get an oppening in these industry.
