Hydraulic Tech On Offshore rig

What qualifications do i need to get a job Trouble shooting and repairing Hydraulic systems on these types of applications. Currently I have worked on Drilling rigs, Work over rigs. I then went to school for Hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC programing, and drafting. After college i have been working as a Field service tech for the last 6 years. I would enjoy flying out and fixing a rig or just working on them for a long period of time. Let me know what my chances are of accomplishing this.
