Im looking for a job in the oil industry

I am looking for a job as a roustabout on a off shore oil rig, i dont have any experience but i have been a dive instructor for the last 4 years and a first aid instructor so im used to early starts, long hard days and responsibility, i am british and only 22 so im young fit, willing and eager to learn.

Do you have any idea where i would be able to get a job or have any pointers on what i could do.
