Job availability for non U,S, U.K, or Canadian citizen.

I have two questions:
1. What are the posibilities of getting a job in another country when you don´t have a job permit for any country except for the one were you live?
2. Can you get a job in another country when you don´t even have a visa to leave the country where your living at now? I await your response.
ANSWER - You have none without experience, when you do then its usually okay and its a no brainer, if you cant leave your own country then you cant do it anyway
