Hi I have all the relevant certificates:- BOSIET,MSIC,Federal police check,First Aid and current passport.I have never worked off shore and i am ready to go.For the past 15 years I have run my own mobile catering company involved in major events through out Australia and corporate functions.I want to start at the bottom to ensure that I get it right where shall I look for work?Cheers Liz
