Ek'ati Services / PTI Group Inc., Yellowknife NT. - Assist the Project Manager in the day
to day operation of housing and food services and maintenance for 1200 persons in two locations of 700
and 500 persons respectively. Rotation scheduling allowed me to be the cross shift for
the two Camp Managers and the Project Manager.

Was directly responsible for the mobilization of the 700 person camp as buildings were
Completed. This included organization and coordination of staff and inventories to
ensure smooth opening of camp, completing the mobilization in six weeks.

Had direct responsibility for 6 supervisory staff during the two weeks as a Camp
Manager and 15 supervisory staff as Assistant Project Manager. This represents a
Compliment of 45 staff in the 500 person complex and 60 staff in the 700-person complex.

Camp Manager, Debeers Snap Lake April 2000 to December 2000
Diamond Project
Ek'ati Services / PTI Group Inc, Yellowknife NT. - Responsible for the day to day
Operation of housing and food services including; staff scheduling for housekeeping,
Maintenance and kitchen, guest room accounting for check in/out, inventory control,
Ordering, commissary operation and all general accounting functions.

Other responsibilities were, daily and weekly safety meetings, accident investigation,
Occupational Health and Safety Committee meetings, staff orientation and training and
employee travel from Yellowknife to site and return.

Completed daily, weekly and monthly reports to the client including, Daily Rooms
Occupied, Weekly Board Accounts, Daily and Weekly Safety Meetings and priority
Reports. Met with the client daily to discuss any problems and plan fluctuations in camp
Compliment.


First Cook. Diavik Diamonds Project January 2000 to April 2000
Ek'ati Services / PTI Group Inc., Yellowknife NT. - Responsible for the day to day
Operation of kitchen, feeding 200. This included full breakfast, hot lunch and full supper
with 3 main choices. Coordinated the 11 staff in daily duties and time management to
ensure the highest standard of food preparation and presentation.

Assisted the chef in menu planning, inventory control, ordering and staff scheduling.


First Cook / Baker / Chef November 1997 to January 2000
PTI Group Inc, Edmonton, AB - Started as a first cook responsible for the main meals of
the day. In general this was a full breakfast, soup and bag lunch and full 3 choices
Supper.

Worked several camps as the night baker. This included baking all cakes, pies, pastries,
squares, cookies, breads and other yeast products for up to 300 people daily.

As a chef the responsibilities included, staff scheduling, menu planning, inventory
Control, ordering, and final preparation and presentation of food service.


Sous Chef May 1997 to September 1997
B.B. Catering, Halliberton Ontario - Term position in a summer camp for members of the
Jewish faith. I was responsible for the preparation and presentation of the evening meal
for 1000 camp residents.


Banquet Chef July 1996 to February 1997
Al Capone's Restaurant, Ottawa Ontario - Responsible for all preparation, production
and presentation of banquets from 50 to 500 people.


Military History Chef 1995 to 1996
CFB Trenton, Trenton, Ontario - Executive chef for the officers Mess. As well as the
Daily meals there were up to 75 Mess Dinners per year. These were very formal 7 and 8
Course dinners.
