Mechanical design draughtsman

I am willing to work in any field at entry level if I cannot get a draughting positon. Which recruitment companies are legit? There is so many companies on the internet charging you a fee before helping you or giving you any information regarding the prospects of getting you a job. I am scared of being scammed as I am propably a likely suspect as I don't know enough about the oil recruitment industry.

I am however very experienced in Mechanical draughting and desing work for mines.
