Offshore Catering

For the past 20 years I ave worked in construction as a foreman but would like to go back into catering as I grew up working in my parents restaurant and as such able to cook for larger amounts of people. I can cook ordinary western foods and also mexican, chinese, spanish along with indian and carribean foods. I am at present unemployed in Ireland and as such would be available immediately to work anywhere around the world as I have no ties or commitments.
