offshore engineer

Dear sir.

I'm really interested in engineering. but it's not my field. i have been working in the oilfield services since 5 years, as a marketing and public relation executive. but not really happy with this job.

I want to take short courses or part time studies. To work in the offshore field, i know i got the right attitude but i need the right skill sets or experience. To be able to work in the offshore field. or to be accepted by oil companies to work in their offshore fields.

would appreciate you response due to your great experience in the offshore oil industry.
