I Am a extremely hard working, and out going chef.

I have over 8 years cooking experience(fine dinning), One year as a head head Chef. Off shore cooking for 16 to 26 crew members. I am looking for a new challenge all over the globe. Fine dinning and comfort foods are my specialty. I love to travel and will make your life a luxury. I am a very well trained chef that will not only provide guidance but will encourage and embrace new ideas. I also speak french to help break that small but crucial barrier language. My training and courses are STCW-95, ships cook, WHIMAS, full medical, Canadian passport, Marine advanced first aid, and other associated/required MED'S pertaining to offshore cooking.
