Offshore Oil Rig Welder

I am a welder of over 20 years experience in the offshore industry, having worked for Atwood Oceanics,Reading & Bates,Foramer,Dixieland Field and Natinal Drg.and have welding tickets in SMAW,GMAW,GTAW and I'm well versed in all fabrication techniques on offshore oil rigs having even welded 20 inch well-heads and 30inch casing joints. At present, working at a nuclear facility in Ontario. How do I go about getting an offshore job.
