I am a fresher for rig jobs, so I wanted to know what courses I have to do, and to earn good salary which job I should choose.

To be honest hoping for a good salary without any qualifications and experience is unrealistic. You will hav eto look at labourer and roustabout level jobs and having some useful equipment experience helps such as crane driver etc
