I have twenty years experience in the catering industry and was going to leave for Madagasca for a head chef postion but the position was filled by a French candidate.

I am seeking work off shore as I am very versitile in any given catering enviroment and have excellent management skills in catering, kitchen hygene, covering all aspects of the running of a hotell or lodge. I would like to post my cv out to any available position in the industry. I am a comprehensive organizer showing attention to detail with a natural flair for management and catering combined. I have a record of improving efficiency, productivty and applying systems and controls. I work extermely well under pressure in any given enviroment.
