i m 34 years old qualified chef with over 15 years experience .holding a french and australian passeport..i ve got a coxswain(15 nautical mile)skipper ticket for vessel under 12m .this include fire safety course ,safety and survival course at sea,radio...I ve worked on fishing boat as well.i want to get a job as a chef on an off shore rig, or a barge ,any extra course i should go for.is the recruiting made by private caterer agency or the oil company itself? any contact around sydney? thanks for your web site
