Oil Rig Chef

I am an experienced chef (28) yrs of employment,
from running my own restaurant to working in hotels etc...why the ofshore chef position apeals to me, is that i am a father of two & working in the catering business they can be very long hrs. i like the idea of working 21 days or more on & having quality time off,at home with kids. working 12 to 18 hr shifts are natural to me, as that is what is required when you have a passion for food. whether it be a convayer belt of deligently prepared foods or cook to order.. the money would also appeal as well, as i have my eldest daughter going to college next year. i am a young fit man of 44yrs none smoker & fitter than when i was in college.
