Production Operator job

Currently I'm employed as a oil terminal operator, I am having a decent paying job but I'am not satisfied because of long work/vacation cycle (11months on & 1month off) unlike in offshore, work/vacation cycle is much shorter. I want to work in offshore facilities like FPSO or Production Platform.
My question is can I work in Production Platform or FPSO as Production Operator? What training / seminar do i need to qualified to work there?
