Very experience man. Has been working since 1992 on board passenger cruise ship with tonnage of 57,000 the biggest i have been and the smallest which is 23,000 dwt.And prior to that has been a food and beverage supervisor in five star hotels in Manila and other location in the Middle East. Been trained in all aspect of storeroom sanitation and on one of the ship i was on board the MV Zenith, we garnered 98% score out of 100, thats job well done considering the strictness of the USPH inspectors and i was the Provision Master on board at that time.
