Rig Crane Operator Job Wanted

I have just recently decided to change job fields after 20 years in the trucking industry to become a crane operator and just obtained my NCCCO certification but I am wanting to know what special qualifications are needed and do I stand a snowball's chance of getting out there ? HELP ! ... I need direction PLEASE. ...and thanks for the straight talk !!!\
