Roustabout

Im employed by a company, that is based out of Louissiana, and i was hired on as a helper/laborer..and now im a painter/waterblaster., ive been with the company since 08, but i would really like to get training in becoming a Roustabout. ive worked on 4 different drilling rings, so i know what it takes and what is required... so can you guide me...how do i become a Roustabout?
