ROV Technician/Pilot

I have four years experience in electronics and hydraulics. On September 3, 2010 I will graduate from SubSea Robotics with Certifications in Fiber Optics, Medical First Aid, High Voltage, Lock out Tag out, Crosby Rigging, Offshore helicopter safety and ROV pilot/technician. I am enrolled and waiting for my TWIC. Do I have to have a passport to work in the GOM or will the TWIC be enough? Please provide any leads or suggestions that may be useful in my career quest.THANKS
