sous chef / cook for oil rig work

I have 16 years of food service experiance, I am graduate from Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts, associate degree. I have worked for the Kentucky State Resort Park system as chef and assistant chef. I have experiance in store room procedure, food service safty and sanitation. I enjoy my work and produce a very tasty and good product. Also I have worked for Marriott corp., Sudexo, Radission Hotel, and private industy. Would this qualify me to work on the oil rigs, I have no ties so I am free to go anywhere needed. I am a team player and get along with all. Also if it is able to help me, I have been a care giver to an elderly woman who is 102 years old 24/7 for the past 4 years.
