The way to go about and start a new career in Oil and Gas industries

I attained Oil/Petrochemical Safety Supervisors Certificates from Singapore. I am currently looking for a Job in Oil and petrochemical industries. My question to is. How can I get started as a freshie into this Industry without any form of experience in the industry? Please advise me on this. Thank you....
