Would a Fire fighting course be required at first?

Would a Fourth Class Fishing Master with limited commercial upgrades be considered an asset by the Industry? (Captain up to 100 tons Vessel).

Would sea time of a commercial nature since 1995, with limited dive experience in the Canadian fishery be considered of use?
