trade jobs

I worked offshore for a period of 3 weeks and I loved it. I have been a telcom technician for 19 years, a radio operator in the military and have some welding experience. Does anyone have any info on jobs i might be qualified for or contacts to send my resume to? I have no problem starting as a roustabout or learning a new trade.
